No, you don’t need to pay separately for each of these features. All of our features come under one single subscriptions with its variants, but you only pay once.

What is meant by Active Users?
 

You can add an unlimited number of users, including employees or clients, to your plan. However, only active users with login access are counted toward your user limit. Additionally, you have the flexibility to deactivate users or revoke their login permissions as needed. When a user is deactivated or their access is revoked, you can replace them with another user without exceeding your active user limit, ensuring seamless management of your team and resources.

Do you have customer support?

Yes, we have an in-app customer support system which can be used by all of our customers to raise support requests.
